📅 Event: University Open Day 🗓 Date: Saturday 4th October 2025 ⏰ Shifts: Between 9.15am – 3:00pm (various shift options available) 📍 Location: Writtle Campus 💷 Pay: £12.60 per hour
Our Open Days are one of the most exciting events of the year – a chance for future students (and their families) to explore our campus, experience ARU life, and get inspired about their next steps.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Students to work as Ambassadors to join the Corporate Marketing team and help make the day a success.
✨ Roles available:
Check-in Ambassador – greet and register guests
Welcome Ambassador – be the first friendly face at reception
Directional Ambassador – help visitors find their way around campus (including Young street and Compass House)
Information Stands Ambassador - Assisting staff on the info hubs

This is a great opportunity to boost your customer service, communication, and teamwork skills while being part of a friendly and supportive team. You’ll play an important role in welcoming future students to ARU and helping them feel at home on campus.
