The programme is run specifically for Home/UK second-year and third-year Black and Minority Ethnic students. The ARU Shine Programme includes: A mentor assigned to you from an industry or job based on your current career ideas Support to access to work experience opportunities while reflecting on your learning Diverse professional-led workshops held online, to help your self-development both personally and in the workplace Support from an Employability and Careers Adviser On completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate and LinkedIn endorsement, helping your CV stand out from the crowd in a competitive job market.
