Job Description

We are looking for a Degree Apprenticeships Project Coordinator to join the Degrees at Work Team on a full time temporary basis.
Dates: Mid June until 22nd October 2021
Times: Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.00 (16.30 on Fridays)
Pay rate: £17.52 per hour
Location: Working from Home

Support the recruitment of apprentices to ARU by:
  1. Ensuring that employers and apprentices experience smooth transitions onto their Degree Apprenticeship programmes.
  2. Providing a first point of contact for employers regarding the Degree Apprenticeship programme, proactively providing data, information and guidance where appropriate and ensuring clear communications throughout.
  3. Sharing relevant data and information with Anglia Ruskin colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and student experience throughout.
  4. Providing administrative support to the Degrees at Work (DAW) team to transition agreed sales to final contract where appropriate.
  5. Providing support and guidance for applicants to Degree Apprenticeship programmes, guiding them through Anglia Ruskin’s admissions and registration processes.
  6. Working with Anglia Ruskin’s delivery teams to provide information to employers on apprentices’ progress through their course, according to agreed contractual terms.
  7. Collecting and analysing data and maintaining records relating to the Degree Apprentice caseload.
  8. Ensuring all work is transparent and compatible with Anglia Ruskin’s processes, systems and strategic priorities.
  9. Organising and plan own workload with minimal supervision.
  10. Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email and other sources, dealing with potentially complex enquiries, finding solutions where appropriate and maintaining high levels of customer service throughout.
  11. Complying with Data Protection and other legal requirements in all working practices, and maintain confidentiality as necessary. 
  12. Working collaboratively across the Degrees at Work team, recognising the complexity of our work and the importance to our success of openness, transparency and teamwork. 
  13. Such other duties that may be required, commensurate with the grade and role.

Experience within a customer-facing role 
Developing working relationships with clients and customers
Developing new systems and processes to enhance the customer’s experience
Experience in proactively identifying and proposing new ideas for improvement
Maintaining accurate records and working with data
Working in a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with and supporting others.
Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Degree Apprenticeships in particular 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly in complex situations
