Details / Requirements
1. Under the direction of the Dean’s Office Project Manager, contribute to the planning and coordination of various projects, collaborating with colleagues to develop project plans, set objectives and define deliverables.
2. Contribute to the monitoring of project progress, tracking milestones and ensuring adherence to timelines.
3. Contribute to the analysis of project data, preparing summaries and generating insights to inform project strategies, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
4. Provide administrative support to the Dean’s Office Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and action items. Facilitate effective communication by relaying information, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
6. Work with staff in the planning and coordination of externally facing events, including conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding communication matters related to specific business engagement work streams.
8. Contribute to the delivery of business engagement communications in support of the PVC Deans projects and initiatives.
9. Take initiative in expanding your knowledge and skills in related areas and actively participate in training and development opportunities.
10. Comply with Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements in all working practices maintaining confidentiality, integrity, availability, accuracy, currency and security of information as appropriate. Take personal responsibility for all personal data within own working environment.
11. Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may be reasonably required commensurate with your grade.

• Administration and management of information
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
• IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
