Marketing Coordinator
Pay rate: £12.00ph
Location: Remote working with regular meetings in Cambridge
Hours: Part time (5-10 hours per week)

The Cambridge Fruit Company are a successful fruit box distributor providing healthy snacks to prestigious companies around Cambridgeshire such as Apple, Tesla and Amazon. They are seeking to expand their business with new ideas and dynamic marketing initiatives and are looking for a student to help them.
The role
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand opportunities and threats
- Create a marketing strategy to include seasonal campaigns
- Promote products and services via various different mediums including social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
- Design engaging promotional flyers for distribution
- Utilise email marketing platforms to send advertising mailers
- Website update and maintenance
- Produce engaging content including videos for social media, website, blog posts etc.
- Evidence marketing activity and produce metrics to review campaign success
- Develop fresh, new ideas for the business.
Person spec
- Currently studying towards a relevant degree e.g. Marketing, Business, Digital Media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of and interest in digital marketing platforms including social media, e-mailers, website
- Experience of using social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
- Experience with mailer platforms e.g. Mail Chimp
- Experience of using WooCommerce or similar
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Working knowledge of Canva design tool
- Good people skills
- Creative and able to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas
- Attention to detail
- Adept at working efficiently and to own initiative.
