Job Title: ARU Temps Administrator
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support within the recruitment service at ARU.

Hours: 18.5hrs to 22.5hrs per week
Rate of pay: £13.03ph
Duties:
- Responsible for providing good customer service to our candidates, dealing with enquiries from candidates, employers and staff in person, by phone or email, in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
- Cover the ARU Temps desk and handle registrations with ARU Temps, promote the Employability Services and signpost students or graduates to various teams within the service and wider ARU.
- Ensure compliance with Agency Worker Regulations, UK Visas and Immigration, Right to Work, monitoring of international students working hours and any other relevant employment legislation.
- Assist the Recruitment Advisers and BDM's with uploading vacancies, sending interview confirmations, or other administrative tasks on our recruitment database.
- Create social media content for roles. events or to encourage engagement with the Employability Services.
- Work closely with colleagues in the team to ensure best practice and all associated administration with regards to recruitment is carried out in accordance with employment legislation and our admin procedures.
- Ensure our recruitment database is accurate and up-to-date so data can be extracted and analysed and used to inform future decisions.
- To cover the team's inbox dealing with queries from students, candidates, employers and staff.
- Support the ARU Temps Administrator with tasks in their absence.
- Support on promotional stands or events for the Employability Service.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in an administrative role, within Recruitment or Higher Education would be beneficial
- Experience of using a recruitment or similar CRM database
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial
- Exceptional customer service skills
