🚨 Calling all Paramedic Science Graduates! 🚑🎓

We are delighted to announce that, in collaboration with the paramedicine course, we have created a Paramedic Graduate Clinical Skills Tutor role to join our academic team on an ad hoc basis to assist with the delivery of clinical skills.

Upon successful completion of the course, we are seeking motivated current 3rd-year SSTs to extend their time and role with us as a Graduate Skills Tutor, enhancing the learning experience of paramedicine students who will benefit from your experience as alumni graduates. 🎓✨

This role will enrich your academic experience, positively impact your growth, and elevate your scholarly pursuits within a Higher Education Institution. 📚🏥

In This Role, You Will:

✅ Assist in the delivery of clinical skills sessions, including hands-on demonstrations and supervision of practical exercises.
✅ Engage, interact, and facilitate a positive learning experience for students, creating an inclusive environment.
✅ Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their clinical competence and confidence.
✅ Maintain professional standards and ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
✅ Support students with different learning needs, fostering an environment that promotes active learning and development. 
✅ Collaborate with faculty to ensure smooth delivery of clinical teaching and participate in relevant training sessions as required.

Hours:

The hours in this role will vary – you will be required to work a minimum of 7 hours per week. Our aim is to utilise this role with immediate effect upon successful course completion.

Role Requirements:

🔹 You must be a 3rd-year Paramedic Science student or a recent Paramedic graduate.
🔹 You are comfortable passing your knowledge down to 1st and 2nd-year students. 📚👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
🔹 Proactive and reliable individual with strong communication skills.
🔹 Happy to assist in clinical skills sessions alongside academic staff.
