Job Overview:

We are looking for individuals to take part as Mock Patients in a simulated learning environment for healthcare students at ARU. This role involves helping students develop their clinical and communication skills by participating in realistic patient scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portray a patient with an upper or lower limb injury as part of the summative assessment process for the Advanced Management of Minor Injury module.
• Assist in student training exercises, such as medical history-taking, physical assessments, and communication practice.
• Follow provided scripts or descriptions to ensure a realistic and structured simulation.
• Provide constructive feedback to students (if required).
• Work alongside faculty members to create a realistic and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

✔️ No previous experience needed – just a willingness to participate!
✔️ Comfortable interacting with students in a healthcare training setting.
✔️ Ability to follow basic role instructions and maintain a professional approach.
✔️ Reliable and punctual.
