Pay Rate: £12.60 p/h
Location: Chelmsford Campus
Event: The event is designed to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the variety of careers in the field of Health and Care as part of a full day experience and is aimed at college/sixth form students studying level 3 courses.
Role: The Schools and College's team are seeking 2 students from each subject discipline listed below to assist with the various interactive activities being delivered across campus, led by academics and your fellow HeMS ambassadors. Students attending will be college/sixth form students with a keen interest in studying various Health & Care degrees.
You will be required to attend the briefing with your academic at MAB foyer at 9.15 am and then collect students from MAB Foyer at 9.45 am, and take them to one of the confirmed meeting points (staying with them throughout the activities). You will then finally return with your group to the MAB Foyer at 2pm. Guest students will then be free to explore the exhibition and then leave the campus.
During the day you will support academics with relevant activities such as providing hands-on support, tips and guidance on the application/interview process, discuss student life at ARU positively, and support with any other tasks as directed by the academic.

- Nursing (x3 ambassador needed)
- Midwifery (x2 ambassador needed)
- ODP (x2 ambassador needed)
- Medicine (x2 ambassador needed)
- Pharmaceutical Science (x1 ambassador needed)
- Medical Science (x1 ambassador needed)
Requirements:
- Must be confident with big groups of people.
- Confident leading an interactive session.
- Good communication.
- Uniform MUST be worn!
