Job Description

Title: Graduation Alumni Ambassador
Date(S): Monday 21st July
Time: 12:00 - 14:00
Pay Rate: £12.60 p/h
Location: Writtle Campus - Drinks Reception, Northumberland Suit 
 
Graduations are here and we are seeking students to support the Alumni team! 
 
Role: Your role will be to support the corporate marketing team by handing out alumni bags/leaflets relating to the alumni network to new graduates. You will also, chat to, and encourage graduates to stay connected and make use of the network and its benefits. Alumni ambassadors will also be required to monitor fancy dress props and help graduates, their friends and family with photographs and ensuring the return of all props to the stand after use. 
 
Requirements: 
  • You must be pro active on the day
  • You must be able to encourage graduates to stay connected
  • Must have a good understanding of the Writtle campus
  • Ensuring the day goes smoothly
