Lead Sports Coach
Pay rate: £10.00-15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Various including - Cambridge, Comberton, Royston, Ely, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Chatteris, Wisbech, Kings Lynn, Thetford, Dereham
Hours: Part-time to fit around studies (with opportunity of full-time for the right candidate)
Term: Permanent (with progression opportunities)
Start date: TBC

The role
We are looking for highly motivated and driven sports coaches who want to progress within the role and build a full-time career delivering in Primary Schools within our area. This could be by working with us part time whilst you study or by undertaking a work placement (to be discussed in interview and dependent on your course requirements). Duties include:
- Deliver before school, lunchtime, after-school clubs, and curricular activities
- Run holiday camps during school breaks
- Be a role model and inspire young people
- Oversee fun, engaging, and inspiring sessions for children

Person spec
- Core skills in sports coaching and teaching
- Drivers licence with the ability to travel to locations around Cambridgeshire
- Desire to work with and inspire young people within the community
- Clear DBS check required prior to start
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Relevant experience in sports coaching or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (desirable)
