Job Description

EVENT: University Applicant Day DATE: Saturday 25th April TIMES: 07:30 - 15:00 08:15 - 14:00 LOCATION: Cambridge Campus PAY: £13.45 per hour EVENT: Open Days are a chance for potential students to come and discover the campus and find out more about ARU. DUTIES: Within this role you’ll be confidently delivering campus tours to groups of 5-15 students and their guests to show them our fantastic campuses. During these tours you will talk about your student experience and answer questions. You will start earlier than the event, to help the events team get organised and set up and be part of the pack down team. This role requires a campus tour trained ambassador, students who can use their initiative and work independently, and as part of a team. Our campus tour trained ambassadors are an integral part of the Open Day experience and make a huge difference to our guests visit. How to Apply: 📝 Apply online – no CV required!

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must be a current ARU student
  • You must have attended the Schools and Colleges Engagement Training 
  • Be proactive
  • Have excellent communication skills and be polite, helpful and engaging
  • Have a good knowledge of Chelmsford campus
