The purpose of the HR Administrator role is to provide essential support in managing the day‑to‑day people puzzles of a growing business.
  • Manage the cloud-based HR app
  • Ensure employee records are accurate#
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Maintain documentation
  • Support with recruitment and the interview process
Person spec
This opportunity is suitable for an individual studying BSc Business and Human Resource Management, BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management or very similar. We are looking for an individual with energy and passion for people. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

At the end of the internship the successful intern should be able to demonstrate:

  2. Development of confidence, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  3. Valuable experience of the workplace and HR systems and processes.
