Times: 11:00 - 13:00

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Location: Writtle Campus

Duties:

Assist Writtle academic staff in delivering a professional and welcoming alumni reunion event.
Lead and support guided campus tours for alumni visitors.
Escort alumni groups throughout the duration of their visit, ensuring they remain accompanied at all times.
Help maintain a safe and secure environment, recognising that the campus is an active educational setting with students under
the age of 18 present.
Provide information about campus facilities, developments, and student life where appropriate.
Offer a friendly and professional point of contact for alumni throughout the event.
Support the smooth running of the reunion programme and assist staff with any ad hoc event requirements.
