Job Description

Job title: Graduation Ceremony Assistant - Cambridge Nov 2024
 
Pay rate: £12 per hour 
 
Dates: 18th - 19th November 24
 
Times:
 
Mon 18th Nov: 13:00 - 16:00 / 16:00 – 19:00

Tues 19th Nov: 09:00 – 12:00/ 13:00 - 16:00/ 16:00 - 19:00

 
Location: Cambridge
 
Duties: 
  • To assist Academic Registry staff on the check-in desk for students for their graduation ceremony and to deal with associated queries
  • To assist Academic Registry staff in showing students to their seats for their graduation ceremony and to deal with associated queries

Experience preferred:

  • Experience of communicating with students and providing related customer services
