EVENT: University Open Day

DATE: Saturday 18th January 2025

TIME: Various shifts available between 09:00 - 14:15

LOCATION: Peterborough Campus

PAY: £12.60 per hour

EVENT: Open Days are a chance for potential students to come and discover the campus and find out more about their chosen course in more detail, meet future classmates and find out from our own students what life at ARU is like.

DUTIES: Working for Corporate Marketing, you will help provide general ambassador support by performing some of the following duties:

Checking in visitors and requesting feedback
Assisting in setting up and welcoming visitors to the talks
Helping with general enquiries and providing directions
Supporting visitors as they arrive in the car park and providing directions round campus

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a current ARU student
Be proactive
Have excellent communication skills and be polite, helpful and engaging
Have a good knowledge of Peterborough Campus

On the day you will be provided with a Student Ambassador T-Shirt and lanyard. Those working outside will be given a hoodie or High-vis jacket.

If outside, please make sure you wear warm clothing and suitable footwear.

Before you work, you will be given a campus map and an overview brief to read to ensure you are fully aware of what will be happening on the day
