Job Description

Title: Graduation Ceremony Assistant (Cambridge) 
Date(S): Monday 7th July - Wednesday 9th July  
Pay Rate: £12.60 p/h
Location: Cambridge Guildhall 
 
Graduations are here and we are seeking students to support the Academic Registry team! 
 
Role: As a graduation assistant you will be working with the academic registry team supporting with the below duties. 
  • To assist Academic Registry staff on the check-in desk for students for their graduation ceremony and to deal with associated queries.
  • To assist Academic Registry staff in showing students to their seats for their graduation ceremony and to deal With associated queries.
Requirements: 
  • Happy to communicate with guests of the ceremony
  • Pro active individual 
  • Good knowledge of the area/ campus
  • Comfortable with large crowds and a busy environment
Shifts: 
 
Monday 7th July 
  • 13:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 19:00
Tuesday 8th July
  • 09:00 – 12:00; 13:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 19:00
Wednesday 9th July 
  • 09:00 – 12:00; 13:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 19:00
