Telemarketer

Pay rate: £12.60 per hour PLUS commission (after successful completion of probationary period)
Location: Harlow, Essex (office based role - free onsite parking)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Term: Temp position leading to a perm role for the right candidate (pending successful completion of 14 week probationary period)
Start date: ASAP

The role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively. Knowledge of the property industry is an absolute plus. Duties include:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Utilise CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Analyse customer responses and feedback to tailor sales pitches effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining quality standards.
Person spec
ESSENTIAL:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-starter with initiative, able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections or rejections.
  • Passionate about sales and eager to make an impact.
  • Eagerness to grow with the company and contribute ideas.
DESIRABLE
  • Knowledge of the property industry.
  • Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software..
