Job Description

Date: Friday 28th November 
Times: 09:00 - 16:00 
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Location: Peterborough Campus (open to those on other campuses)
 
Duties:

The role involves actively participating in the co-creation of organisational strategy during a Leadership Forum. This includes engaging in high-level discussions, collaborating with senior leaders, and contributing insights that help shape the strategic direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Co-Creation: Work collaboratively with leadership to develop and refine strategic priorities, goals, and action plans.

  • Forum Participation: Take part in all scheduled discussions during the Leadership Forum, offering constructive input and perspectives based on experience and expertise.

  • Breakout Group Collaboration: Contribute meaningfully in smaller breakout sessions, helping to explore specific strategic themes, analyse challenges, and propose practical solutions.

  • Thought Leadership: Share ideas, challenge assumptions, and support evidence-based decision-making throughout the forum.

  • Engagement & Communication: Actively listen, communicate clearly, and help foster a collaborative environment where diverse viewpoints are encouraged and valued.

  • Follow-Up Contributions (if applicable): Support any post-forum activities such as refining strategy documents, reviewing action plans, or providing additional feedback.

We are looking for students across all campuses, and studying both UG and PG.
