Job Description

Title: Inaugural Lecture- Prof Nick Caddick
Date: Wednesday 22nd April
Time: 16:45 - 19:30 (Please note there may be different finish times) 
Location: ARU Cambridge
Pay Rate: £13.45 p/h
 
We are need student ambassadors to support the Inaugural event! 
 
Role: As an ambassador you will assist with the setup and placement of event signage and other equipment prior to the event, ensuring all materials are correctly positioned. To guide and direct visitors upon arrival, providing clear directions and general assistance as needed. To support the drinks reception by helping with the pouring and serving of beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
 
You must be:
  • Comfortable engaging with members of the public 
  • Happy to move objects prior to the event 
  • Comfortable directing guests around the campus
