Role: We are looking for 2 friendly and enthusiastic Writtle Student Ambassadors to support our Residential Team by creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. As a Student Ambassador, you will play a key role in meeting and greeting visitors, helping them feel comfortable and informed from the moment they arrive on campus.
You will be responsible for leading engaging campus and accommodation tours, sharing your knowledge and experiences while answering guest questions. Alongside this, you will support the Accommodation Desk with customer service and day-to-day tasks, contributing to the smooth running of our residential services.
