Job Title: Reserve Residential Assistant (Cambridge)
Dates: 31 August 2026 to 18 June 2027
Location: Cambridge campus
Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Various (10 hours per week) -16.30-08.30 (Out of Hours shifts Monday to Sunday, covering weekends and office closure days)
This role is open to ARU students who live in Cambridge Student Accommodation only
Job Purpose: We are looking for 3 students who live on Cambridge Campus to make themselves-available at short notice to cover evening out of hour (OOH) shifts in accommodation.
Helping students in ARU campus accommodation, such as - lock outs, maintenance, wellbeing, fire alarm activations; act as a fire marshal, 1st response to incidents in accommodation.
To assist in ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of the residents and residential buildings by providing first line, on call over out of office hours for emergency response to residents.
You must live on campus.
Essential Criteria:
- Must Live in student residential complex
- Understanding of customer care
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Team working
