ROLE: Clearing Advisors
LOCATION: This is an in person role based at the ARU Cambridge campus
START DATE:10 August 2026
PROPOSED END DATE: 15 August 2026 - with the potential to be extended to 22nd August
PAY: £13.45 per hour

HOURS: 42 hours per week
This role is open to ARU Cambridge current students. Working Pattern:
- Tuesday 11th August – 10 AM to 4 PM
- Wednesday 12th August – 10 AM to 4 PM
- Thursday 13th August – 7:30 AM to 7 PM
- Friday 14th August – 8 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday 15th August - 9.30AM to 4 PM
- 17th - 22nd August - 9 AM to 5 PM (Possible extension)
DUTIES:
We are looking for 4 current students to work in our busy Cambridge clearing office in August.
Your role will be to provide outstanding customer service by
- Taking inbound calls from potential applicants and supporting them through the application process
- Creating clearing applicant records, answering basic enquires from applicants
- Good written skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills including spoken English
- Support enquirers and applicants as well as basic administrative tasks to support our conversion activity.
- Candidates must be available for the full contract
