HOURS: up to 42 hours per week

Working Pattern:
Tuesday 11th August: 10am-4pm
Wednesday 12th August: 10am-4pm
Thursday 13th August: 7:30am-7pm
Friday 14th August: 8am-6pm
Saturday 15th August: 9:30am-4pm with the potential to extend for a few selected
Potential Extension Dates:
Monday 17th - 21st August: 9am-5pm
LOCATION: This is an in person role based at the ARU Chelmsford campus (please do not apply if you cannot commit to all the dates and commute to the Chelmsford campus.
DUTIES:
We are looking for 26 current ARU students to work in our busy Chelmsford clearing office in August.
Your role will be to provide outstanding customer service by
- Customer service skills answering the phone to potential applicants.
- Creating clearing applicant records, answering basic enquires from applicants.
- Good written skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills including spoken English.
- Knowledge of UK education system.
- Candidates must be available for the full contract.
- Full training will be given
- Taking inbound calls from potential applicants and supporting them through the application process
- Creating clearing applicant records, answering basic enquires from applicants
- Good written skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Support enquirers and applicants as well as basic administrative tasks to support our conversion activity.
- Candidates must be available for the full contract
