Title: Conference Event Support

Role: The role consists of supporting staff in the general running of the event, traffic control and maintaining venue visual standards
throughout the day. You will be responsible for registering guests upon arrival, directing guests to the correct room/ building
etc, and to be on hand to enter the lecture theatre at every interval to do a sweep of rubbish/cups etc in preparation of the next
talk session. You may be required to liaise with external speakers and direct them to the lecture theatres when required or may require
general running of errands.
This role is for Medical students in year 3-5, with an interest in Lymphoma and Myeloma.
