Our client is on a mission to make dental wellness easy, enjoyable and accessible. Their modern dental studios combine expert clinical care with a welcoming, lifestyle-focused experience, helping people develop healthier relationships with their oral health. They want to change the perception of dentistry from something people only visit when there's a problem, to a proactive wellness and confidence investment that supports long-term health and wellbeing.
As they continue their growth journey, we're looking for an energetic and creative student to help expand brand awareness, engage new audiences and support ambitious development plans. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing, branding, social media and content creation while making a genuine impact within an innovative health and wellness business.
The role
We're looking for a confident communicator with an outgoing personality who enjoys meeting people, creating engaging content and bringing fresh ideas to life. You'll work directly with the team to help grow the customer base, strengthen online presence and support the vision of making dental wellness part of everyday self-care. Responsibilities include:
- Create engaging, authentic and organic social media content (minimising reliance on paid content) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Capture real experiences, team stories and behind-the-scenes content, with a focus on authentic visuals.
- Build relationships with clinicians and team members to create engaging social content, interviews and features that showcase organisational culture and expertise.
- Develop innovative ideas that encourage clinical staff to actively participate in brand storytelling and social media engagement.
- Help expand brand awareness amongst student and young professional audiences through your own networks and social channels.
- Design digital and print marketing materials including flyers, posters and promotional graphics.
- Support local marketing campaigns, including community outreach activities and flyer distribution in key locations.
- Assist with website content updates and contribute to SEO improvements to increase online visibility.
- Research customer trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
- Contribute ideas towards marketing strategies that support ambitious growth targets, including increasing new patient numbers and supporting future studio launches.
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and campaign results.
Person spec
- A current student ideally from Marketing, Business, Communications or Digital Media – other degree subjects may be considered if you can demonstrate considerable relevant interest, knowledge and skills.
- A confident communication style and the ability to build rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- An outgoing, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A good understanding of social media and digital content creation.
- Creativity and confidence generating new marketing ideas.
- Basic knowledge or experience of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work independently.
- A genuine interest in branding, wellness, beauty, healthcare or consumer marketing.
