Location: Hybrid - Chelmsford, Sawyers 3rd Floor / Remote
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £13.53 per hour
Proposed Start Date: Immediate
Proposed End Date: 1 month initially, with the potential to be extended to 6 months for the right person

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR coordinator to join our busy team. This role offers the flexibility of working from our Chelmsford office and remotely so please only apply if you can commute to the Chelmsford ARU campus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administration tasks
- Support payroll processing
- Aid in recruitment administration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with HR, payroll, or recruitment administration is desirable but not essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
