• To be a key member of the summer front of house staff. Working closely with the Residential Service to ensure the smooth running of the summer business and the preparation for departures and arrivals.

• To assist HMOS and lead a team of General Assistants with summer business, summer students in accommodation.

• To carry out tasks, such as light cleaning, making/stripping beds, hanging curtains, rooms check, assisting with deliveries, moving furniture, all for preparation of rooms and communal areas as allocated by HMOS on a regular basis ensuring customer satisfaction and that all accommodation is ready for new arrivals over summer and September.

• To ensure stock and asset logs are up to date and recorded in accordance to GDPR andACOP (Approved Code of Practice) regulations.

Some live in accommodation available for evening emergency out of hours support of Residential Assistant role.
