We are seeking 2–3 Nursing students to participate in the interview process for a Lecturer position. As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will deliver a short teaching session to a small group of students. Student representatives will attend these sessions, engage with the lesson, and provide constructive feedback to the interview panel on the candidates' teaching style, communication skills, and student engagement. Responsibilities:

• Attend teaching sessions delivered by shortlisted lecturer candidates.
• Actively participate as a student during the lesson.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback to the interview panel following each session.
• Represent the student perspective in the recruitment process.
