DATES: Monday 13th January - 21st January (excluding weekends)

HOURS: 8:45am -16:30 (with a 30 minute unpaid break)

LOCATION: Cambridge Campus

PAY: £12.60 per hour

January Welcome Week is approaching and we are needing ambassadors to support the iCentre on the registration hubs in Cambridge!

Job Role - Working with the student and library services team supporting them with the following duties:

Greeting visitors who are attending the Registration Hub to register.
Managing queues to ensure clear pathways in the library space.
Asking questions of visitors to triage which section they need to attend e.g. e-Vision registration, Right to Study scanning, Production of ID cards, Fees team.
Staffing PC’s to check the status of a students registration query.
Assisting students who are using a PC to complete their e-Vision registration tile.
Liaising with ARU core staff on behalf of students with complicated queries.
Managing the queues of students who need to see other stakeholder teams e.g. Fees.

We are looking for students who can work more than one shift over the duration of the role, and you must be available to work the FULL DAY.
