Job Description

DATES: Monday 13th January - Tuesday 21st January
HOURS: 8:45am -16:30 (with a 30 minute unpaid break)
LOCATION: Cambridge Campus
PAY: £12.60 per hour
 
January Welcome Week is approaching and we are needing ambassadors to support the iCentre with scanning registration documents in Cambridge!
 
Job Role - Working with the student and library services supporting them with the following duties:
 
You will mainly be assisting with auditing our Right to Study process.
  • Must be confident accessing and using simplistic IT systems, confident around ID documentation and enjoy face-to-face contact with students from all backgrounds.
  • Confidentiality skills and remaining calm under pressure is essential.
  • Familiarity with admissions processes, immigration documents or working with new students is helpful.
  • All duties will be fully risked assessed and you will be made aware of the appropriate processes to follow
  • May be asked to take on the work of an ambassador to cover lunch breaks
 
We are looking for students who can work more than one shift over the duration of the role, and you must be available to work the FULL DAY.
 
We are looking for current ARU students.
 
Due to compliance reasons, we are unable to accept applications from students who currently hold a student visa.
