This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students and academic colleagues, ensuring the smooth delivery of student administration activities across the faculty.

As a Student Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of student and academic enquiries, providing professional administrative support while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will work within a collaborative team environment, supporting course administration, servicing meetings, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to key student lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support and guidance to students and academic staff.
  • Managing face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries.
  • Supporting course administration activities and academic processes.
  • Organising and servicing meetings, including taking accurate minutes.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records.
  • Collecting and processing assessments and supporting examination processes.
  • Liaising effectively with students, colleagues, professional bodies, employers, and external partners.

About You

You will have proven administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be confident using a range of software applications, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Experience within student administration or the higher education sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why Apply?

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic university environment where your contribution will have a direct impact on the student experience. You'll join a community that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development while supporting the success of students and colleagues alike.

We encourage applications from enthusiastic administrators who are committed to delivering excellent service and making a difference to the student journey.
